Just unbox it, plug it in, fill the water tank, and run one cycle with water only (no coffee) to clean the system. After that, you’re ready to brew!

BrewHouse machines work best with freshly ground beans. Some models also accept pods—check your user guide for compatibility.

This usually comes down to grind size or tamping pressure. Finer grind = slower brew. Too fast? Try a finer grind and tamp firmly.

We recommend a quick clean (emptying drip tray, rinsing parts) after every use. A deeper clean and descaling should be done every 2–4 weeks.

First, check the outlet and power cable. Then make sure the water tank and drip tray are properly placed—they may prevent power if misaligned.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
